With a passion for helping others and a strong background in accounting and tax, Anita Van Zeeland founded AVZ Accounting & Tax Inc. Her journey in the accounting field began at a young age, learning the fundamentals of bookkeeping while working at Foxboro Grocery. Throughout her career, Anita has excelled in math, analytics, and detail-oriented tasks, making accounting her forte.
Anita's decision to start her own business stemmed from her desire to assist and serve a larger number of individuals in need of bookkeeping, tax, and CRA assistance. She wanted to offer personalized services rather than working exclusively for a single company as a Controller or Chief Financial Officer.
Anita's personal interests extend beyond the accounting field. She is passionate about creating and making something out of nothing, finding joy in bringing ideas to life. Throughout her career, Anita has successfully helped numerous clients overcome challenges and navigate through complex financial issues. Her expertise has saved many from potential loss and ensured their financial well-being.
